Ikorodu Road : ウィキペディア英語版 | Ikorodu Road Ikorodu Road is a major expressway connecting the Lagos mainland to Ikorodu. The road is designated as the A1 highway for its entire 24.5 kilometer length. For most of the Lagos portion, it is a four-lane expressway with two frontage roads parallel to the expressway. The expressway crosses other major expressways such as Apapa Oworonshoki Expressway and Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. The expressway also hosts many of the Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority's bus rapid transit (BRT) stops and are actually constructing more BRT stops on the road towards Ikorodu. ==Lagos== Ikorodu Road officially starts after the flyover with Murtala Muhammed Way in Lagos Mainland. From here its travels north dividing Mushin from Somolu. After its 4 kilometer mark, the expressway interchanges with Apapa Oworonshoki Expressway or Gbagada Expressway. After passing the interchange, it continues northwards to Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way (leading towards Computer Village and Murtala Muhammed International Airport. Then makes a cloverleaf interchange with Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. After this interchange, it becomes an divided arterial road all the way eastwards into Ikorodu.
